1. About Lx7.ca

Lx7.ca ("the Platform") is an online platform wholly owned and operated by Humanjava Enterprises Inc. ("the Operator", "we", "us"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada.

Services under Lx7.ca include but are not limited to:

By using any Lx7.ca service, you agree to these Terms. Individual services may have additional terms that supplement (but do not replace) these general Terms.

Billing & Payments: All subscription charges and financial transactions will appear on your statement as Humanjava Enterprises Inc. or HUMANJAVA. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to paid services, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms.

Payment Terms:

Disputes: For billing disputes, contact us first at @vveerrgg on X or through the support center. We aim to resolve issues directly. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Lx7.ca services. For paid services (e.g., The Factory membership), you must be 18 or have parental/guardian consent and payment authorization.

Geographic Restrictions: Services are operated from Canada. Access from jurisdictions subject to trade restrictions or sanctions may be denied or revoked.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations at our sole discretion.

4. Privacy & Data

What we collect: Account information (if applicable), usage analytics (privacy-friendly, via Plausible), and service-specific data as described per service.

Analytics: The platform uses Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly usage metrics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and is GDPR-compliant by design. We also collect minimal server-side performance metrics (response times, error rates) to maintain service quality. No personal data is associated with these metrics.

What we don't do:

User-Controlled Learning: Users may choose to save their own conversation logs for continuous learning with their personal LLMs. This is entirely user-initiated and user-controlled. Beyond what you explicitly choose to export, all platform usage is private.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, and payments. These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention: Varies by service. See service-specific terms for details.

5. No Cryptocurrency

Lx7.ca does not have a cryptocurrency, token, or coin. Nor will there be one.

If anyone has suggested, promoted, or sold a cryptocurrency associated with Lx7.ca, The Factory, or Humanjava Enterprises Inc., they are not a representative of this project and are acting fraudulently. Do not send money or cryptocurrency to anyone claiming to represent an "Lx7 coin" or similar.

Report suspected scams to @vveerrgg on X.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or submit. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to display and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Content: Lx7.ca branding, code, and original content are owned by Humanjava Enterprises Inc. Some projects are open source under their respective licenses.
